LOHEAT DAIRY WATER HEATERS |

We offer a wide range of manual or
automatic heaters, with single or three phase options manufactured
in either copper/plastisol or stainless steel. Heaters are
available in sizes from 110 litres (24 gallons) up to 680 litres
(150 gallons). Loheat's tough 20 gauge roll top copper cylinder
and durable plastic coated galvanised steel outer casing are ideal
for most water conditions. Stainless steel water heaters are
recommended in areas of highly acidic water, where corrosion of
the copper cylinder can occur, or in very hard water areas where
frequent descaling may cause damage to copper cylinders. Stainless
steel cylinders and tanks are manufactured in 316 grade stainless
steel, and have proved to offer exceptional resistance in acidic

LOHEAT DX TANK WASHER HEATERS
|
|

A factory fitted option to any Loheat
dairy water heater is available to convert your water heater into
a heater for washing dx bulk tanks. A 0.5hp hot water pump
delivering 20 litres/minute @ 20psi is fitted, along with a 24 or
48 hour time clock for every day or every other day collection.
This water heater is fully compliant with water bylaws and is
fitted with a Type A air gap in the header tank. |

| A range of factory fitted options
which can be ordered with your water heater allow you to control
the fill and heating of your water heater as you require. With
options from manual control to fully automatic, we will have an
option to suit you. |

The new big capacity electrically
heated Udder Washer is ideally suited not only to udder washing in
larger parlours, but also to all those other areas where small
quantities of hot water are needed on a regular basis. |

LOHEAT WATER HEATER SPARES

| In order to keep your Loheat water
heater in top condition, we offer a wide range of spare parts for
the 2000 range of Dairy Water Heaters. If you have the serial
number of an older model heater, we will be able to help you with
spares as well. Spares orders can usually be turned around the
same day, helping keep your Loheat product working as it was
intended. |

LOHEAT WASH DOWN PUMPS

A range of parlour wash down kits are
available in different configurations to suit your requirements.
Options include dry run protection, and automatic start-stop
functions. All kits are easy to install, and come with fitting
instructions where necessary. Spares are available should you
require them. |

LOHEAT FROST PROTECTION
|
| Loheat's standard low voltage
pipe-trace heating kits provide the most efficient method of
protection against frost in any run of water piping unto one inch
bore. Kits are available for runs unto 150 feet, and are simple
and quick to install. |

COMBIMATE SCALE REDUCERS |
|

To help keep limescale build up to a
minimum, we offer Cistermiser Combimate scale reducers, along with electronic limescale inhibitors.
We also offer refills of
Silliphos balls for the Combimate, which are always
available from stock.

| To ensure compliance with the dairy
hygiene regulations, we supply stainless steel hand wash basins
and lever taps, and for visual inspection of your circulation wash
temperature, we have self adhesive temperature indicators. |

Loheat offer a high performance
teat spray system which is powered by a 12v dc pump. This is a very
safe and economic system which is very easy to install, without
the need for specialist tools. |

centrifugal pumps, peripheral pumps and submersible pumps. |
