HEATING TAPE SYSTEMS
|
Door heating elements are
manufactured from stainless steel strip. Elements are enclosed
between two layers of polyester tape. The elements are available
in three standard widths of 1/2" [6mm], 1/2" [12mm] and 1"
[25mm]. Protection against operational damage should be provided
by 1.6mm thick plates of either aluminium alloy, galvanised or
stainless steel, screwed to the door jamb. The tapes are powered
by low voltage transformers. |

A range of high quality low
voltage transformers are available all with full fuse
protection on input and output with warning light, and
variable tappings for different loading requirements. All
require a 230v ac 50hz single phase supply.

The heating tape consists of
stainless steel elements which are enclosed between two
layers of polyester tape. The tape is available in three
widths, 6mm, 12mm and 25mm, on rolls which are 10m, 20m, 30m
and 50m long.

The heating
tape is held firm by very strong double sided adhesive tape
The tape is available in two widths, 50mm, and 75mm, on
rolls which are 20m or 50m long.

The heating
tape is insulated from the covering plates by insulating
paper, which is available in two widths, 50mm, and 75mm, on
rolls which are 20m or 50m long.

Threshold mats are easily
installed under the top screed and recommended for all
external openings. We are able to supply a multi function
transformer to power door heating tape as well as a heater
mat. |
